Cancel a purchase

You can cancel a purchase made on the site within 14 days of receiving the piece (people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants: 4 months, when the purchase included a conversation with us), as the Consumer Protection Law provides. Fill in the form and we'll reply by email with the next steps. You can also cancel by email, phone or WhatsApp.
