Accessibility statement

Keren Cohen Jewelry believes in giving every customer equal, respectful and accessible service, including people with disabilities. We have worked to make this site accessible and easy to use for everyone.

Accessibility level

The site has been adapted to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and to Israeli Standard IS 5568, at level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

What we did

Full keyboard navigation, a clear focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
A screen-reader friendly structure: ordered headings, labelled page regions, text alternatives for images, and labels for fields and buttons.
Color contrast that meets the standard.
The site is available in Hebrew (right to left) and English.
Works on phones, tablets and computers, also with enlarged text.
A button to pause the opening video, and support for your device's "reduce motion" setting.
An accessibility menu (the button at the bottom left): larger text, high contrast, underlined links, readable font, text spacing and stop animations.

The site was tested with automated testing tools and keyboard navigation, in Chrome and Firefox, on computer and phone.

What is outside our control

Checkout and customer account pages are run by Shopify, and their accessibility is Shopify's responsibility.
Third-party content, such as the Instagram feed, comes from outside providers and may not be fully accessible.
Some older product photos may still lack a detailed description. We keep improving.

Self pickup

Self pickup takes place at the Israeli Diamond Exchange, 52 Tuval St, 1st floor, Ramat Gan, by appointment. For information about accessibility arrangements there, please contact us before you come.
